2. Orders and prices
The price and the total you pay are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment you made.
3. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free to all countries of the European Union. If you have a question about your delivery, contact us by WhatsApp or email.
5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
- 30 days free returns. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, at no cost to you.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with its original packaging and tags.
- Exchanges, returns and cancellations are handled order by order. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and we will tell you how to proceed.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund the payment to the original payment method.
This is in addition to your legal rights. Consumers in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, and products are covered by the legal guarantee under consumer law.
6. Privacy

- Data we collect: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order details and any message you send us.
- Why: to process and deliver your order, take payment, answer your messages and meet our legal and accounting duties.
- Who receives it: payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), delivery companies and the companies that host and run this website, only as needed for your order. We do not sell your data.
- How long: as long as needed for your order and for our legal obligations.
- Your rights: you can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to the use of your data by writing to info@bstarmoto.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies the shop needs to work: your shopping cart, your country, language and currency choice, and your favorites. If you choose a language other than English, the page is translated by Google Translate, which may set its own cookie. Payment providers may use cookies at checkout for security and fraud prevention. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Our designs and images
All designs, product photos, images, texts and logos on this website belong to B-Star Moto. Copying our images or re-uploading them on another store or website without our permission or knowledge is not allowed, and we will take action.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
